How We Evaluate Clubs

Condition Review

Clubs are checked for face wear, sky marks, dents, rust, shaft condition, grip condition, and included accessories such as headcovers.

Spec and Performance Check

Loft, lie, shaft integrity, grip condition, and visible build details are reviewed so the final offer reflects the actual club being traded.

Authenticity Verification

Manufacturer details, serial markings, and component consistency are reviewed. Counterfeit or unverifiable clubs are not eligible for credit.

Trade-In FAQ

Is the quoted value final?

The invoice value is provisional. Final trade value is confirmed after Dattilo LLC receives and inspects the club.

Do you accept damaged clubs?

Some clubs with wear or damage may still be accepted, but the final value can be adjusted after inspection. Severe structural damage may make a club ineligible.

How does shipping work?

Dattilo LLC will follow up after invoice submission with shipping or drop-off instructions based on the trade value and club details.

What should I include in the notes?

Include shaft model, shaft flex, grip condition, headcover availability, known damage, serial details, and photo links if available.
