At Dattilo LLC, we want every golfer to be confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy for returns and refunds.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received. New items must remain unused, and pre-owned items must not show additional wear.
- Exclusions: Customized and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different club or model, please contact us at returns@dattilo-llc.com
Trade-In Credits
- Trade-in values are issued as store credit only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If your trade-in credit exceeds your purchase total, the remaining balance is waived and cannot be refunded as cash.
- Once a trade-in is accepted and processed, it is final and cannot be reversed.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
- Please use a trackable shipping service when sending items back or reach out to returns@dattilo-llc.com for a label. (Please note that this will still be at your expense)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@dattilo-llc.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@dattilo-llc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
